Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the portal stores, why we store it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
Depending on what you do in the portal, we may store:
- Discord account identifiers (Discord ID, username, avatar)
- Authentication/session metadata needed to keep you signed in
- Applications and application answers
- Issue/ticket submissions, messages, and attachments
- Verification, moderation, and punishment status used for access control
- Basic audit logs for staff actions (who did what, and when)
Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Authenticate you and prevent abuse
- Process applications, verification, punishments, and appeals
- Respond to support requests and investigate reports
- Maintain security and operational integrity (rate limiting, audit trails)
Who can access it
- Staff can access portal records relevant to moderation, applications, and support.
- We don't sell your data.
- We only share data externally if required to comply with law, enforce rules, or protect users and the service.
Retention
We keep data as long as it's reasonably needed for operations, dispute handling, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Retention may be longer for bans, appeals, and audit logs.
Your choices
You can request:
- A copy/summary of your stored portal data
- Corrections to incorrect info
- Deletion where feasible (some records may need to be retained for safety and integrity)
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account is compromised, contact staff immediately.
